NHS North West's Board of Directors

NHS North West is governed by the NHS North West Board. This body is made up of the chair, non-executive directors, chief executive and executive directors.

The Board is responsible for ensuring that NHS North West performs effectively as the leader of the NHS in the North West. This includes agreeing the organisation's strategy and monitoring its performance against financial, quality and other targets.
