Sainsbury Update Report
NHS North West recognises that line managers need support to fulfil the crucial role they play in helping staff manage their mental health at work. In view of this, NHS North West’s Mental Health Improvement Programme (MHIP) and its Workforce Strategy team partnered to invest in mental health training for line managers delivered by Sainsbury Centre through their licensing of the beyondblue National Workplace Programme, now known in the UK as Impact on Depression: the workplace mental health programme.
