The 2009 North West Health and Social Care Awards are an opportunity to recognise the 'best of the best' in health, social care and the voluntary sector in our region. Teams were invited to submit nominations in 12 categories - and we received over 400 nominations.
Our panel of judges selected 39 finalists, before deciding on 12 winners that represent the highest standards of service and care.
